Artist and Studio are subscriptions, billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are charged in advance for the full year. Where an annual plan is shown as a monthly figure, that figure is the annual price divided by twelve.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Agency plans are priced on request and invoiced as agreed with you.
Eligible new accounts get a 14-day free trial of the Studio plan. No payment method is needed to start or use it, and nothing is charged when it ends. One trial per account.
In South Africa, payments are processed by PayFast and billed in South African rand. Monthly ZAR subscriptions are charged from the day you subscribe.
Everywhere else, payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, in US dollars, pounds sterling, euros or another supported currency. Paddle collects any applicable tax, issues your invoice, and shows the exact terms at checkout.
A Day pass gives full Studio access for 24 hours from purchase. It is a one-off payment and does not renew or create a subscription.
If you subscribed on an earlier plan or price, you keep it until you change or cancel your plan.
If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before the new price applies.
